I have been involved in the health and fitness industry since 1999, having gained valuable experience in many areas, including: fitness manager, studio manager, freelance presenter, exercise specialist and personal trainer. Throughout my time in the industry I have always found the challenge of writing very exciting, especially the end result of seeing your name in print.
I am very passionate about changing people's lives for the better with my personal training company, as well as my online training company www.pt-fit4life.com.
My goal through writing is to motivate and educate the public in every area of fitness and nutrition - help them understand that with a little bit of dedication and inspiration they can reach the goals they deserve.
